Creative sequencing for yoga
As a yoga teacher, I understand the desire to creatively design and lead flow (vinyasa) classes that are playful and smart as hell in a way that feels authentic to you.
I know the struggle to build confidence and have created Flow School to guide you through the method that has given me trust in the process and joy in the work. We begin September 15th at 9am pacific time. As soon as registration opens in August, I'll let you know. Read the info page here.
